Brief: We want a strategic and tactical agency to help us develop successful customer relationships that will underpin the growth of our business five fold in five years time and double our market capitalisation.

Solution: Developed a strategic plan for the engagement of potential audiences, together with a calendar of activities and a budget. Managed acquisition and communication with potential attendees and ongoing management of events. Delivered by a core team of 4 people (2 strategic and 2 tactical). Fees based on a risk/reward basis against pre-defined metrics. Ongoing programme involving three or four events per month at different venues around the UK.
