Acclaim recently produced the inaugural NHS Leadership Awards Scheme on behalf of the Department of Health (DH). The aim was to create a highly prestigious, ongoing awards scheme to champion leadership and management throughout the service, with a view to fostering the next generation of leaders. The campaign has been designed to promote a culture of leadership at all levels within the organisation.
